How to use and understand the Case Search function:

The Code Enforcement Division is pleased to provide the following information for your review. This function will provide a listing and status of active and closed Code Enforcement cases for the past two years.

You have two search options available. To search by a specific address, simply enter the address and click on the "Search by Address" button. If you do not have the specific address or are unsure, you may enter the street name only and all cases matching that street will be listed. A second option is to search by case number if known. If you are unsure of the case number, the first option may be preferred.

After you have entered either the Address or Case Number and clicked on the indicated button, you will be taken to the Search Result screen for additional information.

On this screen, you can view the current status of the case, the name of the assigned Code Enforcement Inspector and the Service Area Manager (the Inspector's Supervisor), the case open and closed dates (if closed), as well as the Council District (CD) and Case Number for future reference.

If you have any questions regarding the case, you may contact the Service Area Manager by clicking on the listed name. In the event no name is listed, your inquiry will be forwarded to the Code Enforcement Administrator. To view further details on the case such as the alleged violation, click on the Case Number.
